That's my plan Mark! :) The K7 that I carry around as my backup will now go
on the shelf as a display camera with all of my old bodies and my current K5
will become my second body. I am shooting more weddings again now and need
to shoot with two bodies anyways. Looking forward to taking a K-5IIs
through its paces. :)

Unless you're really limited by the autofocus of the K-5 (I'm not) I'd guess
you're probably right and the IIs won't make much sense as an upgrade. Given
that the K-5 gets the best image quality of all the cameras using that Sony
16-megapixel sensor, I'd expect that the anti-aliasing filter it has isn't
particularly strong and a lot of people are going to be disappointed and the
difference in resolution.

On the other hand, if you're looking to add a second camera body to your
equipment line-up, the K-5IIs is a no-brainer. If you encounter
circumstances in which moire is an issue you can just use your standard K-5.
Best of both worlds.
