by a strange coincidence I dreamt last night that I was on a train and some guy in one of the seats near me lit a pipe and somehow managed to smoke it surreptitiously. Then a very large and unpleasant Orangeman (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orange_Order) with tattoos of King Billy on his arm took my seat and wouldn't get out when I objected.
