IMNSHO, Grolsch is the best lager in the world. The connoisseurs say it's Pilsner Urquell, but that is a little too sweet and fruity for my taste. Stouts are, well, too stout for me, except occasionally. And then, I do know enough not to drink them cold where all you can taste is the bitterness. There are innumerable good beers out there that I like to drink occasionally, none of them are what you probably drank in college.
