Every year in Northwich (England) we have a 'Beer Festival' of real ales
including Porters,Milds and Bitters.
Until last year I always went.
I would take my mobile phone and buy my tickets (you are given a 1/2
pint glass and buy tickets for the beers)
A good time was had and there was a delicious Lancashire hotpot served
for lunch, I knew when to stop because I could not hold onto the floor!
I would then press a pre-programmed key on the phone. When my wife (an
Angel) got the call of total Martian, she knew to come and get me.
A tradition that I must start-up again some time.
