I'm guessing it's a localized PC issue. After my last post I accessed the site without any problems on my Android tablet. I then restarted my laptop and did not experience the same issue. So it's probably an issue with the PC, memory, cache, who knows? I was using Chrome on both the tablet and PC. Thanks for the feedback.
