My 50mm f/1.7 is my favourite lens, but I'd love to try a 1.4 or even a 1.2, for the extra light.
But the prices! I have no use for an A-model lens, but even so, the prices for used lenses are shocking, with the 1.2 models quite extraordinary. Were these much more expensive when they were new, or are they just more rare?
