Last time I bought from them in May and June of 2011 (spare battery for K-7, netbook memory, simple laptop). I had no problem with the orders or the store at that time or earlier. (I've been buying from them since 2005: bought from them P-DFA 100/2.8 macro in 2007, and if my memory doesn't deceive me, *ist DS was purchased from them, back in 2005.)
I know that they improved their return policy 1-2 years ago, but did not have a chance/need to test it. The only problem with them I had was described in this earlier message to the list: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg598494.html (That battery, btw, has not been available from BuyDig for at least half an year now.)
