The creator of some of my favorite shows has died. Among the many:

UFO
Thunderbirds
Space 1999
Captain Scarlet
The Secret Service
Journey to the Far Side of the Sun (one of my favorite sci-fi movies
seen at the drive in when I was about 10... wow!)

You were born in 1959? For some reason I was thinking you were older
than that.

The movie must have shown at the drive-in later. I was born in 1960.

Yes, I'm often mistaken for being more mature than I really am. :)))

It must have gone straight to the drive-in & 'B' movie houses here in the southeast.

I remember seeing it at the drive-in. Since I only vaguely remember the plot, it was probably one of those "how many people can you hide in the trunk & still leave room for the beer" Saturday night double/triple features.

I don't remember it being the kind of film conducive to working my nefarious ways on the virtue of whatever young lady du jure.
