Derby, I think a big problem with your vid is sheer file size: it's
300 megabytes for a 5 minute video. You should be able to easily
squeeze that down to 10-20 megabytes or thereabouts. (Since it's a
slideshow, most of the frames are identical with "motion" mostly
during the transitions.)

Solving that should let it stream without stuttering.
