I've seen a 2.8 40mm pancake at a local shop for $200 Cdn (that would be
about $130US, give or take), with a 6 month warranty. I'm sorely
tempted.

I had the pleasure of using Wendy's for a couple of weeks, and I have to
say, I loved it. Over and above the fact that it's so compact, and
matches the MX so nicely in size, I found it to be a very sharp
distortion free lens. Use hyperfocus at about f16, and it's a focus
free lens from, what, about 2 or 3 feet out? Great for street
photography (if only I were good at it!).

There's currently one on eBay for over $200US, and Henry's has another
starting at $150US (no bids yet).

Just looking for opinions as to whether circa $135US is a good price.

thanks,
frank
