I'd say the time for the FA43/1.9 hasn't come yet. The M40/2.8 was once like the dirt cheap 50mm and they were everywhere. It wasn't something special or expensive, and many showed up in 2ndhand shops at dirt cheap prices. 15+ years on, somehow the pancake fever took off and many people wanted one and paid ridiculous price for it. Consider the FA43/1.9 was truly the most compact and well made AF lens ever, I'd say it will become a highly desirable item in the future too. Perhaps another 15+ years? regards, Alan Chan _________________________________________________________________ Join the worlds largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
