What upsets you about it? The end result is that Pentax released two new camera models in an attempt to get their loyal adherents to upgrade to an expensive new camera for a difference in quality that is very small and unlikely to be realized or noticed by most users. Considering there was not an earth-shaking difference between the 3 models is that surprising? Pentax was already discounting the K-5 by a huge margin.
