Bill, Our problem is too many guns, especially in the wrong hands. We recently lost a teenager who took shelter in a park on a rainy afternoon with friends on the way home from high school.. The kid who shot her did so because it was "his" gang's park. It makes NYC's stop and frisk laws look good. I'd like to call out a Roman Legion to meet out some justice here. I'll bet we wouldn't have to do more than the 2nd gang's "territory", before the problems cleared up. But lots of business for the undertakers... Regards, Bob S.
