If it's good, it might make it a goal. I could use a wider-angle AF prime, and
that seems like a realistic semi-near-term possibility.
i've got one and enjoy using it a lot, second only to my A 50/1.7; i like the
field of view; it is reasonable to manual focus, but not sweet; it was a
thrift-store find and has a slight defect in the front coating at the extreme
edges, but that doesn't seem to matter on APS-C sensor; it is so compact, i
have come to usually carry it and the 50 in my bag (though i'm lately carry a
zoom to remember what those are like)
