Bob W,
When your last name is Sullivan, you can't escape St. Paddy's Day.
One year, I was in the Doctor's office getting a blood test.
Two lab tech's worked drawing blood in the tiny lab, a salt and pepper
colored team.
We danced around each other to get seated as none of us were petite.
My tech was the older white woman who saw my name and announced she was Irish.
With a twinkle in my eye, I told her we had a new friend in political office.
I reminded her of the movie stars Maureen O'Hara, and Danny O'Day,
and then pointed out the Irishman - Barach O'Bama.
Out of the corner of my eye, I caught the Black tech trying not to
laugh out loud.
Regards, Bob S.
