I do have an old but working calibration unit, that can be used for the monitor 
and other devices. It's called Eye One. I believe it works fine.
I will study the file you linked me to. PS CS seem to have some settings I 
don't understand right now - maybe I will soon :-)
The funny thing is, that my greates  problems were when printing black and 
white.
