Thanks to all for looking and commenting.

I did some quick masking in LR. 
This is more of a "proof of concept" than the final work: LR masking is
not very good. PS would be better, but I was not close to computer with
that.

What I didn't quite like is that "auto-mask" option (which would be
useful) produces very fuzzy mask (with "pin-holes" in it). 
That can be seen at a few places at the edges in the photo above, but 
it appears much more obviously around the top hands in this verion:

Does anybody know how to use the auto-mask option to avoid those
pin-holes?
