When word of the Fuji X100 first broke, I knew I wanted one. Not out of some displeasure with Pentax, but because it's a camera that fits what I like to do. It's smallish, has a great FOV, and the files it produces are gorgeous.

Now that I have one, I have truly enjoyed using it, even when it has gleefully extended its middle finger at me. It's old school like that, so I have to make certain I got what I think I got.

I won't be getting rid of my DSLR any time soon. There are plenty of jobs that require me to depend on it. But for the stuff I do most of the time, the X100 rocks. I think the X100S rocks even more. Perhaps some day I will be able to get one of those.
