As I was unpacking and repacking my carry-on bag to try to make
eveything fit (I failed and left some stuff behind), my sister,
who has done her share of photography too, said, "You don't need
three cameras and five lenses to go on a trip for a month."

(She's _been_ to Cyprus. She got married here. She knows how
mich there is you want to bring home on film or flash memory.)

So far I've used every lens I brought (and not just "for the sake
of making sure I use this one" either), and was stuck today in a
situation where I really, really wanted the extra body I left
behind (the K2 was loaded with TMZ from last night and I really
wanted to shoot some slower C41 in it this afternoon). *sigh*

I also did not bring the right assortment of film ... and except
for one store in Ledras that had two rolls of Tri-X, the _only_
thing anybody here seems to stock is 200 ISO C41 (almost always
Kodak Gold, but I also found some Fuji and one roll of Agfa in
Paphos). 200 is the speed I used _least_ (i.e. almost never)
when I was shooting only film.

Oy, there's SO FREAKING MUCH to photograph here! I need to rent
a bicycle or a moped, because too much of it is in places where
there's no safe place to pull a car off the road.
