There is only one source for handy safe compressed air that I know of
outside of a compressor. It's a small device that uses special, dry, ultra
clean compressed CO2 cartridges so there is no propellant involved. I got
mine from Staples office supply store. Works great.

I would use Q-Tips and carbon black to clean the crap off.
