Not surprised. Apparently there are so many "extra" cats in the area that the city pound issued a notice, a year or so ago, stating they would except no more cats. There are a number of toms that constantly harass our neutered female, so I called to learn if that were still the case. The answer (NO!!) sounded so definite that I'll not be asking them again. ;-0 I suspect the local mice aren't pleased either.
