Hi, a friend and I are both having exactly the same problem with our
browsers, he is using firefox, I am using Chrome. This started with him
a couple of weeks ago, and just today for me.

You will see a blank white window, bottom center. About all it
identifies itself as is a </div>. The X in the top right hand corner
does close it. It happens on every website I visit, including my own (as
pictured).
I appeal to the combined knowledge of the list to help me solve this.
