The widest prime Pentax makes is the 14mm f2.8 the widest zoom is the
12-24mm f4.0. I believe Sigma's 10-20mm is available in K mount Tamron
also makes a 10-20mm that isn't available in K mount though it's an open
secret that Pentax has a joint development deal with them and Pentax
doesn't market a version themselves. Samyang has a 10mm f2.8 lens that
was in development last year that may or may not someday be a. released
and b. be available in K mount, (maybe it's already been released). All
those are rectilinear lenses. For Fisheye lenses Pentax has a 10-17 and
Sigma has an 8mm. Those are the ones I can remember off the top of my
head.

I got a bit silly today photographing under a stump with my 8mm.
I'm having way too much fun with that lens, I'm afraid.
It seems that it could be a lot of fun to have an ultrawide
(12mm or so on aps) closeup lens. My sigma 20 would be close to that
on full frame, but doesn't have quite the DOF to get close enough.
What options are available for doing such things, other than stopping
my fisheye down to f20 and just taking what I get?

There are two kinds of computer users those who've experienced a hard drive
failure, and those that will.
