I did read the rest, and drafted a reply disagreeing, but didn't send it. 
Everything about his website and his writing screams "look at me!", whatever he 
says. 

His pictures are nice and he's been to some interesting places, but I don't 
know how he can call himself a humanitarian photographer based on what's there. 
I work for a humanitarian INGO and the photographers bring back very different 
stuff from his, which is more like travel brochure work.

Looks like they shot themselves in the foot. Both feet, in fact. Have they 
never seen reportage photography before? What were they expecting?
