I have been told by someone with connections to Pentax Japan that the K5 
replacement will be ready for Christmas. I don't know any other details, but 
would expect a 20 - 24mp APS-C body. As for the 645DII (or whatever it is 
called) I guess that will also depend on sensor availability but I thought that 
was due this year too. Ricoh seem a lot more leak-proof than Hoya so anything 
could just pop up without warning.
