Booked my walk this morning. A couple hundred dollars cheeper than I thought it was going to be. Now I just need to make sure I've got appropriate clothing and gear for the walk and figure out what to do about camera, computer, etc.
The iPhone appeals as it could probably be the only device I'd need to take. The camera's good but not as versatile as a dslr with a selection of lenses. I imagine with a telephoto there would be lots of opportunities for close in wildlife shots, especially during the part of the walk that's along the coast. Plenty of time for things to sort themselves out. [They have a way of doing that---if we allow them.] Hope y'all in Pittsburgh are having a good time. Really sorry I'm not there. I'd like to be a part of it.
