I stopped in New York for a month and some, working odd jobs with friends to raise money for the return trip, and on the way west I stopped in Washington DC to visit a high school buddy who'd moved there to work for the CIA. We spent a few days and nights together bumming around the capitol town. I just found a few photos from that trip and scanned them recently.
