I was only under for about 10-15 minutes - and half-awake. I"m guessing you really _aren't- still out of the fog :-)

The sedation causes issues. Before I went under they were discussing how
much of what to pump into me so I wouldn't move/feel anything for 5 hours.

operation as an excuse for 'those moments' but I think my better half is on
to me now. :-)

Soo maybe it was just the sedation during the operation that messed me up -
I sure was on anti-inflamatories after the procedure.

Shoes look good on birdie.. :-)

Just wait until you develop cataracts - the dope they give you to
keep you comfortable during the procedure seems to have hastened my
journey to dementia somewhat.. I'm told it will wear off, but I'm still
doing more than the usual weird things and forgetting even more than a
couple of months ago. It's one thing they don't tell you beforehand.

I had some achilles problems a couple of years ago and my doc prescribed a
few days worth of anti-inflammatory pills and boy did they screw with my
head.

It was bad enough having to ask my wife which toothbrush was mine but the
worst thing was when I looked out the window and wondered why the bird on my
lawn wasn't wearing shoes.

I sorted him out with a pair a few days later...
