Well maybe not Detroit though it is nowhere near as bad as it is made out to
be, I would rather live in the Ann Arbor area again. At least up there,
unless things have changed drastically in the last 10 years or so they don't
send you a personal propery tax bill every year on your car that values it
more than 40% over what you paid a used car dealer for it 3 years ago. The
don't send you a tax bill for for your dog every year. Those are over and
above the license fees.
