That's a real winner, Walt. It's all good: light, expression, background. My only comment is there's perhaps a tad too much overall contrast, but that's more personal taste.
Were you doing fill with the tiny softbox? If so that may help explain sharpness at 1/25th. The flash would help stop motion in the face. (I have a pretty much sure-fire retouch for shiny skin using Photoshop. Very soft Clone-stamp brush, Blend Mode Darken, Opacity 100%, Flow 5-10%. Sample nearby normal skin and paint over shiny places. It's fast, easy and invisible.)
