Boris, there's no way to post anything automatically to Google+ because they haven't defined an API to push content; it's read-only.
You can set Flickr to auto-post to your blog (eg Blogger) when you upload an image via email or mobile. You can also set Flickr to announce to Facebook automatically on any new image upload. Nothing happens automatically from Blogger. You have to use the share links manually.
