This will do you no good, but it will be of interest to the left coasters: http://cad.chp.ca.gov/Traffic.aspx The CHP has a traffic website that lists all reported incidents, and which is what many of the local radio stations use. Maybe your state has something similar. I recently installed copilot on my android phone. It is a map program which downloads the maps rather than relying on them to be downloaded as needed. It can make use of the 511.org traffic info.
