I think much of your issue is with Fuji's US and Canadian importer, 
rather than Fuji in Japan, who actually make a wider range of product 
than we see over here.  What I wouldn't give for some 4x5 Reala...

That said, they don't make IR film.  They do make b&w chemistry, but the 
US & Canadian importers only sell it in bulk.  I've heard some good 
stuff about one of their b&w film developers, but I can't get my hands 
on it in anything less than a 100L mix, so I don't think I'll be trying 
it any time soon.

Fuji's product line is smaller, yes, but it is even smaller in North 
America because of cautious importers.
