Hi Bruce: I'm not sure if I commented on this photo before, but if so, I have looked at it again. The lighting and pose are very nice. In general, I don't have a problem with cropping some of the subject's head out, but I think in this frame the bottom is a little heavy with the arm pose-- therefore, making the frame seem a bit cramped at the top and out of compositional balance.
