With all due respect, and understanding that you're totally entitled to
your opinion, Paul, I own two Sigma lenses right now (24-60/2.8 and
17-70/2.8-4.5). They're good enough for me so much that I've sold DA*
16-50/2.8 and I don't regret it at all. In fact, I don't plan on buying
any more Pentax zoom lenses as my needs are covered by Sigmas. Should
one of them fail, I would try to find another one such lens as a
replacement.
