I'd buy a Westcott speedlight softbox kit; either another Apollo or the new RapidBox, with a stand and umbrella mount. Since I already have a 42" Medium Apollo, I'd most likely go for the strip box.
If any money left over I'd get a 40 degree grid for it too. Location lighting is da bomb.
