i have used KeyRemap4MacBook; not using it now, but it can remap the option keys (either or both); mapping right-option to enter is not built in, so you'll have to read the docs about how to customize the settings
(enter is also available with fn+return, which is what i use on the occasions i don't have a full size keyboard plugged into my MacBook Pro)
