  Rear lens cap for the long lenses that use the outer bayonet, or a body
cap for the outer bayonet. (see, when a normal lens is mounted, you'll see
that the outer bayonet mount is still visible.

I even bought a set of extension tubes for that mount in the event I can
ever afford a lens for it!
