I hate to be so negative, but this morning I learned that Rolleiflex TLR
negatives are larger than Hasselblad negatives, and, IIRC, LX negatives
are slightly larger than Leica M2/M3 negatives, and some earlier Leica
negatives were much larger than current Leica negatives (so much so that
the image extended into the area of the sprocket holes). This sort of
thing is to be expected. I'm sure not all 6x7 negatives are the same
size, either. But, I was wondering if all Pentax 35mm negatives are the
same size, especially those from the MZ/ZX bodies and the LX, Spotties,
and K- and M-series cameras, or if the older and newer 6x7 negs are the
same size. Has anyone thought about this, or looked into it?
