Hi Shel:
I've never specifically tested, but I've never noticed any significant
difference in negatives from the following cameras:

Voigtlander Vito CD (my first!)
Pentax SV
Fed 4L
Fujica ST705n
Pentax ME (2)
Pentax MZ-5
Pentax MZ-S
Pentax Espio 70 (2)

Since any difference is likely to come from inaccuracies in the sizing of the
film plane mask, I would expect them to be very small in any case. In
addition, I think the fact that very few viewfinders either show 100% of the
frame or are 100% accurate either would tend to negate this as a matter of
importance in practical terms.
Despite the advocates of never cropping a print from the full frame of the
negative, I always allow a small margin of error in the framing of the shot,
and tend to not quite fill the frame as a result. This would tend to eliminate
any disappointments from having part of my intended image cut off, I think.
