I predict that in keeping with the current fascination with retro gear
the K-3 will be a full frame LX digital with an EVF and a 36mp sensor.
Now *that* would be a camera to get excited over. Ok, maybe not. I
still predict that Pentax will try to introduce a mirrorless FF system
and that K-mount will stick around for DSLRs. It seems like all the
rumors that are coming from the east are talking about mirrorless
solutions. Olympus axing 4/3 and releasing the omd em-1 instead of the
e-7 might be a pretty good indicator of where the camera industry is
headed.
