It involves right clicking, and I think the phrase "new publish service".
When you do that, you have to specifically tell lightroom flickr account
and password, so you could even send photos to different flickr accounts.

Sorry that i can't be more help, I don't do it that often and am not
in front of a LR computer right now.   But try right clicking where it says 
flickr, or publish, or the name of the set, or something like that, off towards 
the left 
edge of the screen.  I get there from grid mode.
