A thought I had after my experience on the river was to make a project of photographing the river, of learning to photograph the river, spending a lot of time getting to know it. I would bring a lot of things together for me, e.g., a passion about nature, the environment, ecology. I would learn something about photography, maybe get better at it. It would require letting go of some other things that matter to me, but it's not a passing thought. It's getting serious consideration. > The K5 will handily out-perform a DS, but don't expect a miracle.
