Try shooting a live concert in high-fps-mode, trying to get a facial expression that doesn't look like the singer is being tortured, while standing (temporarily, you've told them) in front of some people who graciously said "no problem" when you asked if you could just sneak in for a half minute.

That's a true "fill the buffer" moment.  I do it all the time!
