A very pleasing landscape, Attlia.
I agree on the light conditions, but I think you've done a good job on the
shadows.
One thing you may try to soften the harshness is to increase the colour
temperature a bit on the overall white balance, and then reduce it back for
the area of the sky that you have already treated.
