Two antivirus programs on the same computer don't play well together.
When some programs update they have agreements with other companies and
will install a new antivirus (among other things) unless you are paying
real close attention and opt out. They'll also change your homepage and
your search engine and a bunch of other stuff if you let them.

That is the IP address for http://www.unk.edu/
If you can open it by number, but not by name, your DNS server is
down or your DNS settings are borked. Are you on Windows or Mac?
