I've been there. After 9-11 security may be higher but it's just a semi
public space open to the general public. Accessible by a public
elevator. Hell if I'd had a willing model I'd probably have done the
same thing using fill 30 years ago, I bet this guy wasn't the first.
Possibility he's the first who could be considered a professional who
posted on facebook.
