Good looking machine
Be careful with the toe clips. A friend severely broke his ankle trying to
get out of his clips while coming to a stop and wound up with several pins
and a long recuperation!
Looks somewhat like my hybrid I got awhile back from Trek. The hunched over
riding position of my Cannondale mountain bike was getting to be a pain in
the neck - actually. I needed a more upright riding position and the new
Trek filled the bill.

...and its maker, Chas Roberts. Bob W introduced me to Chas as he has
one of his bikes. I knew as soon as I walked into the shop it would
all end up being rather expensive. Thanks Bob!

Its a commuter / tourer, hand made specifically to suit my preference
of an upright riding position and my strange anatomy of long legs and
arms. Hence the short seat tube and long head tube and seat post. The
gearing is a 14 speed Rohloff hub system. New to me but a couple of
friends swear by it so I went for it too.
