Ouch, I've had friends fall over at the lights because they forgot to unclip 
but nothing that serious!

I feel your pain... my neck's a bit sore after yesterdays race.  90km on 
aerobars will do that, and some sections of the road are so rough I thought the 
bike was going to fall apart.  That sort of surface is incredibly fatiguing.  
It'd be worse if I hadn't just bought a new aero helmet which is 100 grams 
lighter than the one I was using previously.
