A guy down this way was recently given a stern talking to by the Civil Aviation Authority for flying his camera drone at night, and piloting it too close to buildings. He was caught because he'd posted his footage to Youtube. So make sure your friend knows the rules! CAA here don't really do anything to publicise them so the poor guy had a bit of a nasty shock.
